GROUP KORA, a division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Georgia Properties, affirms this trend demonstrated in the firm’s recent push toward Chinese advertising. “The Chinese have overtaken all nationalities besides Americans as the leading buyers of property in the U.S.” says Gino Belfari, CEO of BHHS.

To further connect with this set of buyers, The Residences’ website and collateral materials are available in two forms of Mandarin Chinese, traditional and simplified. Interested buyers can submit their information and questions in Chinese, and The Residences can translate their submission back into English. The team is also sourcing leads through WeChat, a leading Chinese social media platform.
