Atlanta Business Chronicle Recognizes Sales Success at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta

Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Phil Hudson caught up with GROUP KORA’s Karen Rodriguez to discuss recent sales success at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta and the luxury condo market in Atlanta. The paper published a great piece highlighting two big sales we made for over $1.9 million each, and discussed how high-rise towers are currently en vogue throughout the city thanks to the lock-and-leave lifestyle they provide.

In Atlanta’s Mandarin Oriental Sells Two Condos For Big Bucks, Rodriguez detailed to Hudson how two pads at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta in Buckhead just sold for more than $1.9 million each. Residence 48A, a two bedroom, two and a one-half bath unit, closed for $1.95 million and Residence 35A, a three bedroom, three and a one-half bath unit, closed for $1.98 million. This comes after the developer took back four floors earmarked for hotel expansion and built out eight additional condos to keep up with demand at the end of last year.

Rodriguez also lent her expertise to the paper in Inman Park, O4W Condos Compete with Buckhead, Midtown Towers, saying to developers: “You want to be successful? Price your magnificent homes correctly.”
