It’s no surprise that luxury condos in Buckhead are in high demand, given that most have easy access to unique experiences, chef-driven restaurants and world-class shopping. Here’s what’s new in Buckhead this month.
The roughly $250 million plan to build the signature park in Buckhead over Ga. 400 is set open in 2022 with design and engineering work beginning in early 2018. The Buckhead Community Improvement District, in partnership with Rogers Partners Architects + Urban Designers, recently released the project’s updated timeline, new renderings and next steps. The master plan is said to eliminate gridlock on busy surface streets and include pedestrian-friendly trails.
Discover contemporary, timeless Southern style at Draper James. The Southern lifestyle brand created by Reese Witherspoon is coming to the Shops Around Lenox in Buckhead. The fashion, accessories, and home décor retailer will be the brand’s fourth brick-and-mortar location.
The blue bikes of Atlanta’s Relay bike share program have rolled into Buckhead. Relay stations are located at Tower Place Park, Piedmont Center, and the Lenox MARTA station. Relay offers multiple rental options with both pay-as-you-go and membership plans that are created and managed via an app on user’s smartphones.
