Top Summer Color Trends and How to Use Them

Luxury high-rise condo design is known for being sleek, modern and monochrome, even throughout warm summer months. At The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta, our homes are designed so that owners can create a space that fulfills their own design dreams. Here are a few of this summer’s HGTV-approved color trends and how they can be incorporated at The Residences.

Crisp White
Brilliant white can give your space a fresh, clean look. Use white as a neutral backdrop, and accessorize with accent pieces in bolder colors like cobalt blue or candy apple red.

Nature-inspired Neutrals
Use neutrals inspired by nature’s soothing colors to bring a breath of fresh air to your home’s most lived-in spaces. Incorporate natural or weathered wood into your design for a more organic feel.

Nautical Navy

Navy is one of the hottest new neutrals and can create a statement without overpowering a room. Just like gray, black and white, navy pairs well with bold colors. Try creating stylish-setting combinations by mixing in hues of pink or red.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Sets Sights on Chinese Investors

As a signal of a larger trend in the high-end housing market, the sales team at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta, has crafted innovative marketing tactics to reach Chinese buyers. GROUP KORA, a division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Georgia Properties, affirms this trend demonstrated in the firm’s recent push toward Chinese advertising. “The Chinese have overtaken all nationalities besides Americans as the leading buyers of property in the U.S.” says Gino Belfari, CEO of BHHS.

To further connect with this set of buyers, The Residences’ website and collateral materials are available in two forms of Mandarin Chinese, traditional and simplified. Interested buyers can submit their information and questions in Chinese, and The Residences can translate their submission back into English. The team is also sourcing leads through WeChat, a leading Chinese social media platform.
