GROUP KORA Hosts Chinese Investors at The Residences

GROUP KORA, iStar and Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta recently hosted a cocktail reception for high net worth Chinese investors from around the world who are part of a private wealth club and were in Atlanta seeking business and real estate opportunities. We presented a complete overview of the state of the booming Atlanta real estate market and the new construction at The Residences to the Chinese delegation. GROUP KORA’s own Fang Yang delivered a presentation to the investors completely in their native language of Mandarin, discussing opportunities for investment in the bustling Buckhead submarket. John Woodward, Senior Director of Foreign Investment at the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Dr. May Gao, Chairman and Founder of the SAUPO Conference at Kennesaw State University and China Daily Deputy Bureau Chief, and Yuan Zhang from Private Wealth Pacific Northwest were among some of the guests in attendance.

This is another milestone for our sales team as they continue to work with Chinese buyers looking to invest in Atlanta and with the Mandarin Oriental brand. Read more about our Chinese buyer outreach here and contact us to learn more.
