Karen started her firm last year, securing the exclusive sales and marketing for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, as well as other undisclosed future Midtown projects. The merger will allow BHHS to boost its luxury intown presence while giving KORA access to Berkshire Hathaway’s global network and granting Karen’s team the full power of the growing brand.
