In big cities like Atlanta, the demand for high-rise condos is booming. While traditionally a luxury home buyer might seek out a six-bedroom mansion on West Paces Ferry, today’s discerning buyers are setting their sites on high-rise condominiums instead. Properties like The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta offer the spacious layouts, modern design and floor-to-ceiling windows that buyers want in a home, but also skyline views and first-class amenities that can’t be found outside of a condominium building.

From coordinating travel plans, to tracking down seats for an event, to finding private tables at the world’s best restaurants, Residential Concierge provides personal service tailored exactly to each homebuyer’s needs. Additionally, the chefs at the Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta can create a customized menu for any occasion, from cooking an intimate dinner inside of a residence, to creating a fine four-course banquet, to delivering a prepared picnic to take to the opera. A sommelier is also on hand to advise and assist when requested.

Finally, The Residences offer top-of-the-line security measures that aren’t readily found within a home. The private lobby area is restricted to residents and invited guests only, and can be accessed exclusively via the dedicated residents’ entrance or the private garage. All Mandarin Oriental staff and private staff or service enter and exit the building through a separate service core. The building’s sophisticated security system features biometric fingerprint access, 24-hour video surveillance and a roaming security watch.
